Place the items in their original packaging with all WOLFBOX tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
